Performance premiere at the Festival für Freunde, 2017
The performance "Salomé" is based on a libretto by Andreas Neu and approaches the mythological seductress psychologically and associatively. Here Salomé is both femme fatale and victim, a child still, on the threshold of womanhood. In this vulnerable phase, Salomé learns to use the power games of adults for her own ends, and her own and others' desires get deadly entangled.
